Put excellent customer service and communication skills to work delivering packages on an assigned route for Federal Express Canada. This is an interview position.
The Courier handles courteous, efficient pickup and delivery while checking shipments for conformity with service features. The position requires customer-oriented experience, time management, organization, and multitasking. Flexible scheduling includes two weekdays and Saturday, with Sunday added during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete efficient package pickup and delivery
Check each shipment for service conformance
Support customers through related service functions
Work varying schedules and holidays as business needs require
Requirements:
One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Good time management and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and handle workplace stress
Willingness to work different schedules and holidays
