Registered Nurse Occupational Testing

Use nursing expertise in occupational testing and medical assessments with NorthStream Safety & Rehab, serving clients from Timmins, Ontario.
As a full-time Occupational Health Nurse and Administrator, you will combine patient information management with clinical assessment services. The position includes pre-employment screening, drug and alcohol testing, and workplace testing. It also supports accurate records, quality assurance, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-employment and occupational health screening
Complete onsite and mobile client workplace testing
Review clinical assessments and support quality assurance
Release, track, upload, and maintain testing documentation
Communicate through Microsoft Teams, email, and phone channels
Requirements:
Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse registration in Ontario
Strong organization and time management across competing priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Professionalism, confidentiality, and relationship-building standards
Occupational Health Nursing certification is an asset
Bring clinical judgment, occupational testing capability, and precise documentation skills to NorthStream’s workplace health services.
