Community Personal Support Worker Napanee

Community care Personal Support Workers are needed in Napanee and Belleville for full time or part time days and evenings.
SE Health offers community shifts supporting clients across these areas. Accepted qualifications include a PSW certificate, RN or RPN status, nursing studies, a Developmental Support Worker Diploma, or foreign-trained nursing credentials. The position requires daily driving between clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personal support care during community shifts
Travel between clients using a personal vehicle
Work available days or evenings and alternate weekends
Provide care requiring frequent movement and physical activity
Lift up to approximately fifty-five pounds when required
Requirements:
Valid Personal Support Worker certificate or accepted healthcare qualification
Valid driver’s license and vehicle for daily work
Current vulnerable sector check
Standard CPR level C and First Aid certificates
Required immunizations including MMR, Varicella, TB, and Tetanus
Support SE Health clients in Napanee and Belleville through community care, safe travel, and hands-on personal support.
