As a Client Engagement Associate on CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team, you will support clients at a Banking Centre. Use financial products knowledge, interpersonal communication, and empathy to understand needs and provide relevant solutions. This regular position offers 15 weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer client questions and assist with everyday banking transactions
Explain banking products, services, and digital banking options
Complete sales of basic banking products
Identify specialist referral opportunities and connect clients appropriately
Resolve client issues while strengthening banking relationships
Requirements:

Knowledge of financial services products and transaction services
Strong client service and interpersonal communication skills
Digital literacy with mobile banking applications and evolving technology
Empathy, curiosity, and respect for diverse perspectives
