Retail Floor Supervisor Key Lead

Lead the sales floor for Abercrombie & Fitch Co. through customer experience, coaching, and daily retail performance. The schedule varies weekly.
As a Key Lead, you support the store leadership team as Floor Supervisor. Guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates while helping store operations run effectively. Drive team achievement of daily sales through customer experience, product knowledge, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform opening and closing routines
Operate register and point of sale systems
Fulfill OMNI Channel orders
Coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates
Build and maintain visual displays
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
At least one year of retail experience preferred
Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and current fashion trend knowledge
Saturday, Sunday, and certain holiday availability
