As Organic Search Manager, you lead search for a book of clients at an AI-first digital agency. You set technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking explanations. Your work spans classic organic results, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
Key Responsibilities:

Own crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture
Set keyword strategy and on-page optimization priorities
Improve client visibility across AI and organic search
Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
Report in GA4 and Search Console; maintain quarterly roadmaps
Requirements:

Three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience
Experience running audits and implementing SEO fixes
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
Experience with Ahrefs or Semrush
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
