Remote Claims Service Representative

Serve Allstate customers remotely by handling first notices of loss and explaining claims processes with clear, precise communication. Support auto and property claims.
As a Claims Service Representative, you obtain first notice of loss reports for non-complex auto and property claims through an Express Claim Center. You answer questions about policies, processes, and next steps while updating claim information. The position also involves customer service, correspondence, and clerical coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Take first notice of loss claims for auto and property
Explain basic claim processes and general information
Answer customer questions about policies and next steps
Update claim information accurately in relevant files
Route calls and electronic correspondence to appropriate parties
Requirements:

At least one year of customer service experience
Bilingual communication skills in English and French
Strong oral and written communication competency
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and high volumes
