The Workplace Support Services Associate completes operational tasks that keep assigned workplace areas organized and functioning. Responsibilities include servicing kitchens, meeting rooms, copy rooms, and floors. The position also supports health and safety, audits, projects, inventory, and assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain coffee stations, dishwashers, supplies, and kitchen organization
Service meeting rooms with whiteboards, chairs, and supplies
Support printers, stationery, toner, mail, and copy room organization
Maintain first aid kits, work orders, sanitizing supplies, and PPE
Complete health, safety, audit, project, and inventory tasks
Requirements:
Strong judgment when completing daily operational tasks
Adherence to safe work practices and safety procedures
Compliance with workplace security procedures
Ability to report potential workplace hazards
Flexibility to work assigned shifts as needed
Support workplace operations through organized room service, supply maintenance, safety compliance, and dependable judgment across assigned locations.
