Heavy Duty Truck Technician Vaudreuil-Dorion

Diagnose and repair multi-brand heavy-duty trucks onsite in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, using engine, electrical, and drivetrain expertise on weekday day shifts.
This full-time, permanent Truck Technician role supports a large Canadian-owned transportation and logistics carrier. You will maintain Peterbilt, Mack, Volvo, Kenworth, International, and Freightliner units. The work includes preventive maintenance, inspections, light services, and major repairs across diverse fleet systems. Direct collaboration with the Service Writer and Shop Manager keeps diagnosis connected to the right repair.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance, light services, and fleet inspections
Diagnose inspection faults and prescribe appropriate repairs
Complete major chassis, cab, axle, and suspension repairs
Repair engine, electrical, and drivetrain components
Support six major heavy-duty truck manufacturers
Requirements:
DEP in heavy road vehicle mechanics
Five to seven years of licensed truck technician experience
Valid 310T licence
Ability to obtain mandatory CVIP certification
Proven engine, electrical, and drivetrain diagnostic skills
