Materials Supply Planning Coordinator
03101 GIP Construction & Materials
Coordinate raw material supply, logistics planning, and shipment execution for GIP Materials Engineering while supporting timely customer product delivery.
Reporting to the EVP, this Materials Coordinator collaborates with Operations, Sales, and Finance/Accounting. The work covers forecasts, inventories, purchase requirements, cost analyses, customs documents, and operational plans. You will also support process automation and improvement projects across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate material supply against operational needs and volume commitments
Prepare forecasts covering inventories, purchases, and supply requirements
Coordinate shipments and provide time sensitive customs documentation
Prepare product cost summaries and track asphalt prices
Improve templates, reports, and automated business processes
Requirements:
One to three years coordinating projects, planning, or analysis
Strong Excel skills and analytical computer abilities
PowerBI proficiency or ability to develop competency quickly
Effective communication, time management, and on time delivery
Continuous improvement mindset and self starter approach
Bring analytical planning, supply coordination, Excel, and stakeholder communication skills to GIP Materials Engineering operations.
