Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing services to patients, families, and communities
Apply nursing processes through critical thinking and decision making
Teach, counsel, and advocate for patients and families
Support integrated, holistic patient care and health promotion
Transport, lift, transfer, and reposition clients safely
Requirements:
Completion of an accredited nursing education program
Active or eligible College of Registered Nurses registration
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Recent ISFL case management and community experience
Driver’s license and vehicle required
Bring Registered Nurse judgment, supportive living case management, and collaborative communication to Integrated Supportive and Facility Living East.
