Deliver preventive dental care as a full-time Dental Hygienist at Southwood Dental Studio - Fanshawe, providing scaling and patient education.
This Dental Hygienist position focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care services. You will perform clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride, sealants, and whitening. The role also includes oral health education, tailored patient experiences, and ethical professional behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care services
Perform scaling and root planing for patients
Provide polishing, topical fluoride, and pit fissure sealants
Deliver whitening and preventative hygiene services
Educate patients about preventative oral health techniques
Requirements:
Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree completion
Current provincial Dental Hygienist registration in good standing
Valid CPR certification
Legal authorization to work in Canada
