As a Member Service Representative, you will serve CFCU members, process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, and build relationships. You will understand and cross-sell products and services according to financial needs and credit union goals. This position requires accuracy, listening, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities:

Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately
Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous member service
Serve as the primary contact for members
Build relationships with Communication Federal Credit Union members
Cross-sell products and services aligned with member needs
Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D.
At least one year of financial institution experience
Retail customer sales or service experience
Prior cash-handling experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
