Lead premium dining and event service at Eureka 89 in Melbourne, using hospitality leadership and polished front-of-house coordination. This full-time role follows a rotating Monday-to-Sunday roster.
As an experienced hospitality professional, you will guide front-of-house operations across corporate events, weddings, dinners, and chef’s tasting experiences. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate service with kitchen, sales, and events teams. Your leadership will support consistent guest experiences at Eureka Tower.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team
Coordinate event and dining setup, service flow, and pack-down
Run pre-shift briefings focused on guest experience
Partner with kitchen, sales, and events teams
Support training, compliance, stock control, and ordering
Requirements:

Front-of-house experience in a premium venue
Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Safe Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain
Availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
