Welcome guests at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise as a Bellperson using luggage delivery, hotel knowledge, and professional service. Work permanently in Banff National Park.
As a Bellperson with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will greet arriving guests and create a professional sense of welcome. You will support guest orientation, lobby service, valet parking, and item delivery. The position requires physical capability and an Alberta Class 4 driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver guest luggage, messages, and items throughout the property
Personalize room orientations professionally, warmly, and engagingly
Represent the property and brand in the lobby
Park and retrieve guest vehicles as a valet attendant
Address concerns and notify the Manager on Duty
Requirements:

Valid Alberta Class 4 driver’s license or equivalent
Current driver’s abstract without serious demerit points
Physical capability to meet the position’s demands
CPR and First Aid certification considered an asset
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Bring guest service, driving, and delivery skills to Bellperson work at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park.
