A day in the life
Deliver professional massage and body treatments based on guest needs and Spa standards
Customize treatments to create personalized and memorable guest experiences
Create a calm, welcoming, and professional treatment environment
Recommend retail products and wellness services that support guest goals
Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment spaces
Collaborate with Spa and Resort teams to support seamless guest experiences
Manage appointment timing and treatment preparation efficiently throughout the shift
Contribute positively to team culture through professionalism, accountability, and kindness
What we hope you'll bring to the team
Valid massage or body treatment certification/licensing applicable to BC requirements
Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional, calm, and guest-focused approach
Ability to build trust and create personalized guest experiences
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable recommending retail products and additional services
Self-aware, accountable, and open to learning and feedback
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Experience with body wraps and scrubs is considered an asset
