Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example while inspiring the team to generate sales
Provide excellent customer service and coach employees accordingly
Supervise store teams during daily operations
Manage merchandising, restocking, cleanliness, and store procedures
Ensure company standards and policies are followed
Requirements:
Minimum one year of retail leadership experience
High school diploma
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent selling and customer service abilities
Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership
Use fashion retail knowledge, team leadership, and selling skills to strengthen Ardene’s customer experience and store results.
