Financial Service Representative Conexus
Conexus Credit Union
Support Conexus members through everyday banking services, cash handling, and financial product conversations in this permanent full-time position.
As a Financial Service Representative, you will address immediate member needs and contribute to financial well-being. You will build rapport, promote credit union services, and provide products including memberships, deposit accounts, terms, RRSPs, and TFSAs. The work requires confidentiality, listening, and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and respond proactively to members’ financial needs
Open memberships, deposit accounts, terms, RRSPs, and TFSAs
Promote financial services, solutions, alternatives, and credit union products
Refer members to Financial Service Advisors when appropriate
Identify suspicious transactions and respond appropriately
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Minimum one year of financial industry experience
Experience providing customer service
Experience handling cash
Prior sales experience considered an asset
Bring member-focused communication, cash-handling experience, and financial services knowledge to Conexus as a Financial Service Representative.
