Personal Banking Associate Saint-Laurent
TD
Support TD customers in Saint-Laurent through personal banking advice, service transactions, and digital education at a branch office.
As a Personal Banking Associate, you will build customer relationships while addressing banking needs and guiding clients toward appropriate solutions. You will support new accounts, investment advice, banking solutions, and customer problem resolution. The role requires sound judgment with confidential matters and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers through advice, transactions, and problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate staff and banking solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete business processes and accurate documentation
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
Bring customer experience, banking knowledge, and digital education skills to TD’s Personal and Commercial Banking team.
