Inside Sales Representative Burlington

Serve electrical customers from Burlington, Ontario, using phone, email, order processing, and quotation skills for Nedco.
As an experienced professional, you will represent Nedco, a Rexel Canada division, within the electrical distribution industry. The permanent Sales position focuses on customer service, order inquiries, quotations, stock availability, and ecommerce support. You will also develop customer relationships and solicit additional business through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:

Service customers daily through phone and email
Process orders, inquiries, and quotations
Confirm stock and suggest suitable alternatives
Follow up with customers on quotations
Make at least four outbound calls daily
Requirements:

Two years of inside sales or customer service experience
Effective communication and customer relationship-building ability
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Electrical distribution product knowledge
AS400 experience is an asset
