Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead supports store success and daily operations. You will promote positive shopping experiences, increase sales and satisfaction, and maintain brand presentation. The role also covers shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote positive shopping experiences for every customer
Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships
Optimize inventory management and increase store sales
Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand directives
Process shipments, replenish floors, and fulfill eCom orders
Requirements:

High school diploma
One year of team lead experience preferred
Two years of retail experience is an asset
Fashion passion, customer focus, and strong problem-solving skills
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
