Seasonal Courier Package Delivery

Deliver packages safely and efficiently as a Seasonal Courier with FedEx Canada, serving assigned routes through courteous customer service. This temporary position lasts up to 12 weeks.
As a Seasonal Courier, you will pick up and deliver packages while checking shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service. The position requires accurate package inspection, computerized tracking, route planning, and safe vehicle operation. No experience is required, while one year of customer service experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
Inspect shipments, labels, paperwork, stop counts, and missorts
Load vans and plan routes for efficient service
Operate tracking and dispatch systems with accurate information
Answer customer questions about shipping features and requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
No previous experience required
One year of customer service experience preferred
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to operate vehicles safely under regulations
Use safe driving, accurate shipment handling, and customer service skills to represent FedEx Canada on seasonal courier routes.
