Lead three Vancouver retail locations through sales, team development, and hands-on store leadership as an experienced Area Manager.
This Area Manager oversees market performance while serving as Store Manager for one location. The role focuses on retail KPIs, coaching, customer service, and consistent execution. You will improve sales, productivity, staffing, operations, and succession across the Vancouver market.

Lead performance across three Vancouver-area retail locations
Manage one store while overseeing two additional locations
Drive sales, profitability, conversion, and retail KPIs
Coach store leaders and develop succession strength
Ensure consistent merchandising, inventory, and operational standards
Requirements:

Proven multi-location or high-volume retail leadership experience
Track record of driving sales and business performance
Experience developing Store Managers and frontline teams
Knowledge of labour management, inventory, and retail operations
Flexibility to travel between three Vancouver-area locations
