Senior Accountant Methodology Quality
MNP
Advance assurance quality at MNP as a Senior Accountant, Methodology, using technical accounting expertise and internal controls knowledge. Travel flexibility is required.
This senior role supports MNP’s Quality team and its Assurance and Accounting practice. You will interpret assurance standards, maintain methodology, and guide quality initiatives across the firm. The work includes research, training, professional correspondence, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote quality control to partners, managers, and team members
Support engagement policies, guidelines, and accounting protocols
Research professional changes and attend relevant training sessions
Facilitate assurance training through MNP education programs
Correspond with engagement and firm leadership teams
Requirements:
Knowledge of CAS and/or ISA assurance standards
Experience with internal controls and accounting standards
Recent assurance experience at a Big 7 firm
Experience designing risk and materiality-based audit procedures
Technical writing, project management, and Microsoft 365 skills
