In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers navigating their vehicle purchasing and leasing journeys, offering expert guidance and exceptional customer service from the showroom floor to final delivery.Key responsibilities for this position include:* Greeting and assisting customers warmly, determining their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.* Demonstrating vehicle features, technologies, and performance capabilities through engaging walk-arounds and test drives.* Guiding clients through financing, leasing, and trade-in options clearly and transparently.* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of current vehicle inventories, promotions, and industry trends.* Following up with prospective and past customers to build long-term relationships, secure referrals, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.* Collaborating effectively with finance, service, and administrative teams to ensure smooth and timely vehicle deliveries.We are looking for a dedicated professional who brings enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset to the showroom every day.
