Human Resources Manager Manufacturing
TBC Fabrication
Shape HR practices at TBC Fabrication while managing recruitment, employee relations, and CNESST files in a growing modular prefabrication plant.
Reporting to the President and CEO, the Human Resources Manager leads the full HR function at TBC Fabrication. You will define policies, manage recruitment, oversee employee life cycles, and support managers. The role also covers training, performance reviews, workplace accidents, and return-to-work follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, implement, and optimize HR policies and processes
Manage postings, screening, interviews, references, and offers
Oversee onboarding, employee files, administration, and departures
Lead performance reviews, training, engagement, and retention initiatives
Coordinate CNESST files, accident reports, and return-to-work follow-up
Requirements:
University degree in industrial relations or business administration
Human resources concentration or equivalent academic background
More than five years in a similar position
Manufacturing or industrial experience considered ideal
Excellent spoken and written French and English
