Lead workforce planning and employee relations as a Human Resources Manager in London, Ontario, with regular regional branch travel.
This hands-on Human Resources Manager joins the regional leadership team, bridging Human Resources and Operations. The position oversees recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and workforce planning. It also supports organizational development, employee growth, and compliance with Ontario employment and health and safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead workforce planning and identify employee advancement opportunities
Manage full-cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding
Coach leaders through performance and employee relations matters
Oversee compensation, benefits, policies, records, and administration
Maintain KPI reporting and required communications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Three or more years of progressive HR experience
Knowledge of Ontario employment and safety legislation
Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems, such as ADP
Availability for office work and regular regional travel
Bring strategic planning, sound judgment, and collaborative HR leadership to workforce and employee programs across the assigned region.
