Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top talent
Coach Advisors through feedback and development conversations
Strengthen partnerships with Costco management and warehouse leadership
Drive results through metrics, execution, and accountability
Requirements:

Five or more years of meaningful management experience
Track record identifying, hiring, onboarding, and developing talent
Ability to inspire performance through coaching and communication
Ability to address challenges directly and uphold high standards
Confidence leading through change and evolving priorities
Bring people leadership, talent development, and business discipline to strengthen Costco’s member-first kiosk culture and performance.
