Senior Multi Entity Accountant

Fed Finance recruits accounting professionals for temporary and permanent positions across Montreal’s South Shore. This Accountant role requires at least five years of accounting and finance experience, including financial statements, month-end closing, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and government remittances. You will support multiple entities and collaborate with finance teams, managers, and manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full accounting cycles for multiple entities
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and depreciation schedules
Complete bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and analyses
Support audits, integrations, controls, and process improvements
Requirements:
Minimum five years of accounting and finance experience
Experience with closing processes and financial statement preparation
Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and treasury activities
Advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems proficiency
French and English bilingualism, written and spoken
