As a GRC Analyst, you will help teach AI systems how compliance, risk management, and security policy work inside organizations. You will evaluate scenarios involving SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and similar frameworks. Your analysis will support high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Review security policies, controls, and compliance procedures
Evaluate compliance scenarios across recognized frameworks
Assess risk statements and control mappings
Analyze audit-style documentation for accuracy
Generate and validate AI training data
Requirements:
Two or more years of hands-on GRC experience
Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST
Ability to interpret policy and audit documentation
Detail-oriented with precise written communication
Ability to work independently asynchronously
Use GRC, compliance, and risk management knowledge to improve AI training data through careful policy analysis.
