Canadian Payroll Specialist ADP Workforce Now

Deliver accurate full-cycle payroll with ADP Workforce Now and Canadian compliance knowledge for MBI Brands’ corporate stores and Support Centre. Maintain HRIS data across payroll and HR functions.
As an HR & Payroll Specialist, you will coordinate payroll administration, HR reporting, employee records, and compliance activities. The role supports hourly and salaried employees across multiple provinces. You will also guide employees and managers on payroll procedures, HR policies, and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily payroll activities for corporate stores and Support Centre
Process hourly and salaried full-cycle payroll accurately
Validate hours, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments
Prepare payroll reports, ROEs, T4s, and T2200s
Maintain accurate HRIS data and confidential employee records
Requirements:
Minimum three years of hands-on payroll experience
Preferred experience with ADP Workforce Now
Strong knowledge of Canadian provincial legislation and employment standards
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems
Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or related field
