Weekend Production Supervisor IEM
Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM)
IEM seeks a Production Supervisor for its Thursday-to-Sunday schedule in Surrey, requiring 100% on-site work. Guide teams through safe, high-quality output.
As a first-line people leader, you will oversee day-to-day execution across a production value stream. The Operations Supervisor manages multiple Team Leads and Operators, monitors takt time and schedule targets, and partners with the Operations Manager. Your focus includes flow, accountability, standard work, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Enforce safety protocols, 5S practices, and standard work
Run Tier 2 daily management meetings
Escalate production risks to the Operations Manager
Support onboarding, cross-training, and team upskilling
Coordinate materials, tools, documents, and work center readiness
Requirements:
Three or more years in manufacturing or production
At least one year in formal or informal leadership
Knowledge of visual management and daily tier meetings
Basic digital proficiency with ERP, Excel, and dashboards
Ability to prioritize in fast-paced production environments
Use coaching, visual management, and production oversight to strengthen IEM’s weekend manufacturing performance in Surrey.
