Lead surgical sales across the BC Lower Mainland with territory strategy and healthcare customer relationship expertise. Regular travel includes two to three overnight hotel stays monthly.
Keir Surgical Ltd. seeks a results-oriented Territory Manager with more than two years of surgical sales experience. The position reports to the District Sales Manager in Vancouver and requires PHSA framework experience. Success involves growing accounts, introducing products, managing inventory, and serving healthcare customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a large geographic territory strategically
Set sales goals and develop actionable growth plans
Introduce products and detail the existing portfolio
Build healthcare customer relationships and answer inquiries
Negotiate pricing and complete reports accurately
Requirements:
More than two years of surgical sales experience
Direct experience within the PHSA framework
Strong healthcare communication and customer service skills
Microsoft Office Suite competence
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle access
