Own technical SEO remotely for Blacksmith Agency across Canada, South Africa, or the USA, guiding crawlability, indexation, and site architecture.
As Organic Growth Manager, you lead search for B2B and growing-brand clients. You set technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking explanations. Your work spans keyword strategy, on-page optimization, AI search visibility, and organic performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Own crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture
Set keyword strategy and on-page optimization priorities
Guide client visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
Report through GA4 and Search Console quarterly
Requirements:
Bring three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience
Complete audits and implement SEO fixes personally
Use Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush
Manage several agency clients simultaneously
Speak clearly with US clients during live calls
Lead technical SEO strategy, AI search visibility, and client roadmaps as Blacksmith Agency’s Organic Growth Manager.
