Sephora Talent Development Manager

Shape talent development at Sephora Canada while leading recruiting, training, and performance processes at Spring Garden in Halifax.
This full-time, on-site Store Operations and Talent Manager role centers on building strong store teams. You will identify talent, conduct final interviews, coordinate training, deliver performance reviews, and provide timely feedback. The role also oversees scheduling, payroll, inventory processes, and store operations according to company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and hire candidates across store positions
Identify in-store talent and support career development
Manage training-related functions throughout the store
Write and deliver annual performance reviews
Ensure feedback for improvement is followed up promptly
Requirements:

Two to four years of management experience
Beauty, retail, or customer service background
Experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring leadership positions
Ability to create high-performing teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Use talent identification, training, communication, and performance management skills to develop Sephora’s Halifax store team.
