Drive full-cycle recruiting for G&A and Marketing teams at Elastic, using talent engagement and hiring partnership skills. This distributed company supports flexible locations and schedules for many roles.
As a Senior Recruiter and Talent Advisor, you will support Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and Marketing hiring. You will recruit across varied roles and levels while building healthy candidate pipelines. The work requires recruiting expertise, business curiosity, and strong stakeholder influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and manage talent through the full hiring process
Advise hiring teams and build healthy candidate pipelines
Recruit Product Marketing Managers, Accountants, Attorneys, and other specialists
Craft and improve a consistent candidate experience
Develop recruiting strategies with the global recruiting team
Requirements:
Five-plus years recruiting across corporate G&A and Marketing functions
Experience in agency and corporate recruiting environments preferred
Ability to balance multiple requisitions with high attention to detail
Experience influencing hiring managers and executives throughout recruiting
Understanding of ATS tools and recruiting technologies
Bring senior recruiting, stakeholder advisory, and pipeline-building expertise to Elastic’s G&A and Marketing talent programs.
