Join FYidoctors Tisdale as a Lead Optometrist and take ownership of a thriving, full-scope practice with an immediate patient base and significant growth potential. Whether you're a new graduate eager to lead your own clinic with mentorship from a network of experienced FYidoctors Optometrists, or an established OD looking for greater autonomy and leadership, this role offers the opportunity to shape the patient experience, clinic operations, and future direction of the practice. The Clinic
Established more than 75 years ago and part of FYidoctors since 2026, this busy practice is booking over four weeks in advance and offers an immediate, full patient load. As the sole Optometrist in the clinic, you’ll work alongside an experienced team that includes a Practice Coach and Optical Associate, with plans to further grow the team. You’ll also have access to a collaborative network of FYidoctors Optometrists across Saskatchewan and beyond for mentorship, clinical discussions, and case consultation whenever needed.
You’ll care for a diverse patient base across primary eye care, ocular disease management, pediatrics, geriatrics, and emergency care, while also having the opportunity to grow a specialized dry eye practice. Located within the Tisdale Healthplex alongside physicians, dentists, chiropractors, and laboratory services, the clinic features three fully equipped exam lanes with automated phoropters and is supported by a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
The clinic operates Monday through Friday, offering a consistent schedule and excellent work-life balance.
