Coach, encourage, and motivate department teams
Requirements:
Five years of personnel management experience
Experience managing a retail business
Strong leadership skills and resourcefulness
Autonomous approach to department responsibilities
Bring retail management, merchandising, and leadership experience to support customer satisfaction and RONA store performance.
