Customer Experience Coordinator Construction

Support residential clients in Montérégie through organized coordination, digital tools, and precise preparation of construction projects on-site.
This permanent, full-time coordinator role combines client relations, file coordination, and project follow-up. You will assist with materials, products, and finishes while explaining next steps. The position requires bilingual French and English communication, document rigor, and comfort managing multiple files.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with materials, products, and finish selections
Schedule supplier appointments and follow up on decisions
Document choices, specifications, and approvals accurately
Verify plans and documents before construction handoff
Respond to client requests within 24 hours
Requirements:

Customer service and coordination experience
Basic knowledge of residential construction
Bilingual French and English, spoken and written
Excellent organization and document management rigor
Comfort with digital tools and multiple files
