This senior position suits an insurance professional with at least two years of industry experience. You will assess client needs, recommend tailored coverage, and manage relationships throughout renewals, claims assistance, and follow-up. Key Responsibilities:
Assess personal lines needs and recommend suitable coverage
Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes
Handle complex insurance cases accurately and professionally
Provide proactive support through renewals and claims assistance
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Requirements:
Minimum two years of insurance industry experience
Level 2 License and progress toward CAIB or CIP
Strong technical knowledge of complex client needs
Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
Collaborative approach to mentoring and knowledge sharing
