Ktunaxa Language Instructor Online
COTR
Teach Ktunaxa online at College of the Rockies using asynchronous coursework and synchronous language labs from February through June 2027.
This auxiliary instructor teaches Ktunaxa Language Level One, KTUN110, within University Arts, Humanities and Social Science. The course follows School District 5, 6, and 8’s winter semester schedule, with no instructional duties during Spring Break. The assignment includes adult learning and online language instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Ktunaxa Language Level One asynchronously online
Deliver synchronous online Ktunaxa language labs
Provide 45 lecture hours of instruction
Complete marking and preparation for course delivery
Teach additional lab hours if required
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of Ktunaxa language, Nation, and culture
Experience teaching in an adult learning environment
Related education and experience combination
Online teaching credentials or experience preferred
Master’s degree in Linguistics or related field preferred
