Dental Hygienist Preventive Care Specialist

Provide preventive dental care at Southwood Dental Studio - Fanshawe while applying scaling, root planing, polishing, and patient education skills.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care services. You will perform clinical preventive hygiene services, including topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening. You will also counsel patients on preventive techniques and deliver tailored experiences that support patient loyalty. The full-time schedule includes weekday hours and one Saturday monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care services
Perform scaling and root planing for patients
Provide polishing, topical fluoride, and sealants
Deliver whitening services and preventive hygiene care
Educate patients about preventive oral health techniques
Requirements:
Completed Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree
Current provincial registration in good standing
Valid CPR certification
Legal authorization to work in Canada
