Personal Lines Insurance Client Manager

Serve Ontario clients as a Client Manager with personal lines insurance expertise in NFP’s hybrid setting. Apply strong customer service and quotation skills daily.
This full-time, permanent position provides front-line counselling on personal insurance coverage tailored to clients’ needs and exposures. You will manage high-volume client files, process policy activity, and support retention and premium growth. The role requires collaboration with insurers, underwriters, and colleagues across work settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day customer service and manage client file activities
Issue policies and changes through insurer online portals
Process renewals, endorsements, and midterm changes
Upsell appropriate coverages and refer applicable business
Track insurer products, offerings, and market intelligence
Requirements:
RIBO registration in good standing is required
Typically more than three years’ personal lines experience
Experience managing a high volume of clients
Strong computer skills and broker management system fluency
Strong oral and written communication skills
Bring personal lines knowledge, retention focus, and exceptional quotation skills to NFP’s Ontario Client Manager team.
