This Associate, Client Services position supports daily operations and longer-term initiatives within a public finance institution. You will serve as a first point of contact, resolve concerns, and help maintain positive client experiences. The role also supports relationship management, product development, presentations, networking, and ad-hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as an initial contact for MFA clients
Respond promptly and accurately to client enquiries
Resolve concerns with empathy and sound judgment
Collaborate on client relationships and product development
Represent MFA through presentations and client networking
Requirements:

Degree or equivalent education in finance or related studies
Ability to communicate complex information simply
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
Integrity, confidentiality, adaptability, and collaborative working ability
Bring thoughtful client relationship management, financial knowledge, and clear communication to meaningful public finance service delivery.
