The Area Manager plans, coordinates, and monitors winter maintenance operations across multiple commercial sites in the Calgary area. The position emphasizes service excellence, operational performance, client communication, and quality assurance. You will coordinate crews, equipment, inspections, documentation, and operational updates while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate snow and ice management across multiple commercial sites
Monitor weather and mobilize crews and equipment
Conduct inspections before, during, and after weather events
Uphold safety, quality, and operational standards
Investigate incidents, damage, and customer complaints
Requirements:
Three-plus years managing field operations, crews, or contractors
Experience in landscaping, snow removal, construction, or related industries
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
