Convenience Store Operations Manager
Big Bear Food Mart
Lead convenience store operations with staff management and inventory expertise in a permanent English-language position. Work 30 to 35 hours weekly.
This retail sales manager position requires five years or more of experience and secondary school graduation. You will direct daily operations, manage staff, procure merchandise, and resolve customer or supply issues. The position supervises three to four people while overseeing payroll, inventory, and tax returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct, evaluate, plan, and organize daily operations
Manage staff, assign duties, and determine staffing requirements
Procure merchandise for resale and maintain stock rotation
Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Compile inventory reports and prepare tax returns
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate
Five years or more of field experience
English language proficiency
Point of sale, database, and bookkeeping system knowledge
Ability to handle heavy loads and multitask
