You will assess patients, develop customized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop customized care plans
Administer infusion therapy, medications, and fluids
Maintain venous access devices, dressings, and lines
Provide wound, post-surgical, and drain care
Document interventions and evaluate patient progress
Requirements:
Hold current CLHA Licensed Practical Nurse registration
Preferably bring two years of acute care experience
Provide CPR certification, negative TB test, and liability insurance
Possess a valid driver license, vehicle, and insurance
Demonstrate IV, oxygen, wound, and drain care proficiency
