As Talent Attraction Manager, you will lead recruitment strategy and a recruitment team across Service Inspired Restaurants. You will manage hiring processes, tools, ERP integrations, internal talent marketplace strategies, campus partnerships, and recruitment marketing. The role connects analytics, employer branding, and technology adoption across talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and drive adoption of AI-enabled recruitment tools
Redesign hiring processes while protecting candidate experience
Manage ATS, ERP integrations, and recruitment systems
Lead and mentor recruiters toward high performance
Track hiring KPIs and improve recruitment processes
Requirements:
Five to seven years of talent acquisition experience
Success delivering recruitment transformation and AI-enabled hiring strategies
Hands-on AI platforms and LinkedIn Talent Insights experience
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to use metrics and analytics for decisions
