Interior Health seeks an experienced Community Health Worker supporting clients’ independence at home. Working with Nurses and LPNs, you will provide personal care, household support, meal preparation, and delegated tasks. The schedule runs from 15:30 to 22:00 on rotating evenings.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
Maintain safe and healthy home environments through household duties
Prepare meals according to designated plans
Assist clients with mobility and transfers
Observe and report changes in behaviour and condition
Requirements:

Grade 12 education
Recognized Resident Care Aide or Home Support Worker graduation
BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker registry number
Valid BC Driver’s Licence
Reliable vehicle for client support
Bring personal care, home support, and client observation skills to Interior Health’s Kamloops community health services team.
