This Sales Specialist welcomes customers and delivers excellent experiences across RONA’s distinctive product and service offering. You will assess needs, provide specialized recommendations, demonstrate merchandise, and support sales targets. The position also involves merchandising, product knowledge, promotions, and store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and deliver excellent customer experiences
Assess needs and provide specialized product advice
Demonstrate merchandise and recommend complementary items
Support department merchandising, displays, labeling, and signage
Contribute to sales targets and store operations
Requirements:
Experience in a similar sales role
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of new products and technical applications
Awareness of promotions and flyers
Commitment to loss prevention and health and safety policies
Bring sales experience, analytical thinking, and product knowledge to help RONA customers complete their projects confidently.
